Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ContentFlow, an app publishing, content distribution, and growth platform operated by Aurenix AI Inc ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using ContentFlow, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

ContentFlow provides tools for publishing apps to app stores, managing content distribution, and growing organic reach. Starter, Growth, and Scale plans differ in volume and features as described on our pricing page.

3. Your Apps and Content

• You are solely responsible for the apps and content you publish, including compliance with Apple, Google, and other store guidelines and with applicable law.
• You retain all rights to your apps and content; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service.
• We may refuse or remove distribution of material that is unlawful, infringing, malware, or prohibited by the relevant store.

4. Third-Party Stores and Accounts

App stores are operated by third parties (Apple, Google, and others). Store review outcomes, account decisions, and policy changes are outside our control. We provide tooling and guidance, but we do not guarantee approval of any app by any store.

5. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. Developer credentials you connect to ContentFlow remain yours; protect them accordingly.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• API usage beyond plan limits may be rate-limited or offered as paid add-ons.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use ContentFlow to distribute malware, infringing content, spam, or content violating store policies; scrape or overload the service; or resell access without a written agreement.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". Download, revenue, or ranking projections are estimates, not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including store rejections or account terminations by third parties.

9. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice by email or in-app notice. We may discontinue the service with reasonable prior notice; prepaid unused full months will be refunded pro-rata upon such discontinuation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
