1. Who We Are

ContentFlow is operated by Aurenix AI Inc ("Company", "we", "us"), 951 Brickell Ave #2800, Miami, FL 33131, USA.

2. What We Collect

• Account data: email address, password (hashed), workspace and subscription status.
• App and content metadata: the app names, store listings, and content you manage through the service.
• Connected integrations: credentials or tokens you explicitly connect (e.g., store developer accounts), stored encrypted.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: features used, to improve the product.

3. How We Use It

• To operate your workspace and process subscriptions.
• To publish, schedule, and analyze the content you manage.
• To send service emails (receipts, security notices, product updates). Marketing emails are opt-in and every one includes an unsubscribe link.

4. What We Never Do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not publish your apps to any store without your explicit action.

5. Processors

We use vetted third-party processors: Stripe (payments), email delivery providers, and cloud hosting (AWS / Vultr). Each processes data only on our instructions under contractual confidentiality obligations.

6. Retention

Workspace data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except records required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years).

7. Your Rights

• GDPR (EEA/UK): access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection; complain to your local supervisory authority.
• CCPA/CPRA (California): know, delete, and correct your personal information; opt out of any sale or sharing (we do not sell personal information); no discrimination for exercising rights.
• All users: email us (see Section 9) and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Security and Children

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. ContentFlow is not directed to children under 13 (16 under GDPR), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
